How to inherit farmers rights?

There is a farm in the name of my maternal Grandmother (Naani) in Kutch, Gujrat. My mom and naani are no more. Can we brothers and sisters inherit the farmers rights. We are not interested in any share of the farm or property, only the farmers rights? What would be the procedure for the same ne be?

Author, if you are not interested in any share in the property, then why this query? are there any other legal heirs? all the legal heirs have equal rights over the property in the died intestate.

Sir, I am interested in the rights so that would enable me to purchase agricultural land. My mother's 8 sisters and 2 brothers as legal heirs. Out of them only 3 sisters and 1 brother exist, and the off Springs. I need to understand as how to get the names registere in a proper legal format, please expedite. Thanks

You should get the share in said agricultural land first.
Or You can purchase agricultural land in other state in which such condition is not applicable, get certificate of farmer from there and on that basis purchase agricultural land in Gujrat as farmer.
