How to know present position of case

Sir.
One of my friend aged 77 years retired from Department of Posts living in Bareilly has filed a case at Central Adm. Tribunal Allahabad for reimbursement of his medical expenses occurred on his wife treatment through a Local Lawyer vide O/A No 655/2013 S L Arya V/S Union of India and paid Rs 25000/- as demanded by the lawyer. The positive judgments on the similar case for more then 25 has been given by the Honorable Supreme court . More then 3and half year is passed and the lawyer is telling that judgement has not been received. The old age client is unable to move from Bareilly to Allahabad. May I request how he can know the present position of his case.

You can ascertain the case status from the website of CAT, Allahabad or enquire about the same from the Registrar, CAT quoting the case reference number.

Dear Sir, go the website of the CAT Allahabad and search the case status your friend's case position. YOu were not clear whether the arguments were over or the Tribunal has yet to hear?

DEar Pamdey Sab, I find it very difficult to find out the case status of CAT Allahabad. It appears Allahabd CAT has no facility of case status like other Tribunals. this is very sad.

Thanks to All. I have gone through web site of CAT Allahabad and found that there is no facility to check the case status as described by Mr Madhav Rao. R C Pandey
