The husband know that her wife will file the suit, then what r d rights and how the husband can prepare herself to protect himself. (Any effective idea plz)

The strongest idea is only and only to file petition under section 9 of HM Act and there is no other way. Second is denying having performed marriage, if this suits on the basis of strong evifrnvr.

What suit? it is not clear. She cannot file suit for partition independently. If she wants file suit for maintenance, then no way if maintenance is ordered it is the bounded duty of the husband to pay the maintenance.
U/s 9 of HM act is non executable order, it doesnt work. Even though petition is allowed u/s9 and wife rejected to come to live with the husband cout cannot execute the order.

File a petition u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. It proves be a good ground in getting bail if your wife file a false complaint against you.
