How to serve my warrant on arrested person

I have filed 138 N.I Act case and the notice was served.
but after that the accused didnt come.
He is of another state.
Court has even issued WARRANTS (bailable) from, SHO to COMMISSIONER of THAT STATE but nothing happened in last 6 years.
now today through LOCAL NEWSPAPERS I came to knoe tgat tge same person has been arrested under similar charge of 406,420 and is ubder custody , and police has demanded PC from court.
so how to get my warrant served on the person in my city?
My case is with Different court and his in different court.
There is also some expectation of HIM getting bailed.
pls help its urgent

Ask the court to serve the summons through the court wherein the another criminal case is tried against the same person.
