Hi,
I am planning to buy a plot in ramamurthy nagar, bangalore. Please help me what are process need to follow.
Please suggest any advocate near to KR Puram or Indira nagr to verify all the document.

take 30 years search of property.
contact a local lawyer .
check whether all original documents are with seller . all property taxes, water bills have been paid tilld ate.

Good question. A simple, but probably impractical, answer is, if someone knows all the relative provisions of law, local Government rules, etc., even from the date priorto the origin of the plot, only he would be able to verify the legality of all documents.
So, no foolproof method seems to be possible to be suggested by any single expert.
However, for any local advocate from KR Puram or Indira Nagar, you may like to search direcory of lawyers at the LCI.

You will have verify the entire property extract (puraa kaard) , tax paid receipt, 13 years encumbrance certificate etc.,
