How we can stop the pension of state govt. servant

Dear All,

My father in law is a pensioners of gujarat state govt. from department of geology and mines. I have dispute with my wife since 5 years. my brother in law purchased court stamp paper an amount of 100/- Rs. without my concern and information on behalf of me for divorce agreement do by him forcefully to me for his sister with his signature. He want signed to me on divorce paper which typed as their wishes and terms and conditions.

I denied for do that. This matter is know my father in law, I want to complain against them, stamp paper issuer. I want to stop my father in law pension, against my brother in law.

so how i can the same. Please guide me.

Forget it. Pension of any retired official cannot be stopped to please anybody for taking his revenge.

Pension can not be stopped due to your complaint.

Divorce on Rs. 100/- stamp paper without court decree is not valid / is illegal.

Nothing to worry on the basis of stamp paper agreement no marriage can be dissolved. If you think your wife is getting remarried or is already remarried you can file case for injunction or criminal cases of bigamy depending upon the situation.
