If you have submitted on 14/1/15 then it is over 1 year and not 2 months.

You may write under proper acknowledgment to service center and MD of Micromax.

Write to Micromax service center, Head office, write e-mails with reminders, call customer service, send legal notice after 15 days and file consumer complaint if no action.
