I Mukesh Agarwal son of Vijay Agarwal staying in gurgaon,
My grandfather 2 brother 1)Narsulal and 2)puranmal Agarwal, 1)Narsulal has one son ratan Agarwal and puranmal Agarwal has 4 son- Ashol,Vijay,Anil,Sanjay Agarwal
About Business and Property- 4 House , one Land, and one rice Mill about 4 House and land named by Late puranmal and Narsulal Agarwal but Business ie Rice Mill taken by Bihar Government in Nilami in 1991 and government gave NOC with the name of Ratan Agarwal but that time Puranmal was there and he died in 1998 but rice Mill registration still not done my father Vijay Agarwal and ratan Agarwal taking care of this business from that time to till date but ratan Agarwal is not ready to give share to my father whenever Vijay Agarwal ask ratan said will give u but the time not coming from last 10 years same and another about land ratan Agarwal said my son want to do business so I am giving power of attorney to my son ratesh Agarwal and u all 4 also give but my father sign one paper but in another paper it was a duplicate sign and ratan Agarwal son sale that land to other parson now all 3 brother with rata Agarwal is one side and Vijay Agarwal is alone my father not educated and not have money to take action his brother not helping please help to solve this matter.

what is the normal process to file and there are many lawyer to whom we approch to file petition suite or is there any problem in future if i will file petition suite and what is the minimum time to solve this matter by law, will my father get share from house, land and rice mill, cant delhi high court help on this matter cant we bring lawyer from delhi to file petition suite at my city in bihar, whenever my father want to do same business the family member interfering cant we take action againt my father uncles family...
