Dear sir i was serve the 3month notice period i got a releving acknowledgment its system genarated with branch head signature and after 60 days over they were not given my releaving letter so many time visited the branch

Write registered letter for the same to Branch, Region office, to the chairman, MD followed by reminders and legal notice later on.

The system generated relieving signed by BM signifies that bank has relieved you from employment.
What else do you need and why?
Relieving letter signifies that employee has separated and nothing is due against the employee.
Instead demand to supply the acknowledgment of notice of resignation,resignation,service certificate,reliving letter, salary slip of all months including last month, FnF statement showing all payables to you e.g. bonus/leave encashment/salary etc,Form 16 as per correct FnF statement,PF a/c slips of each month,notice of determination of gratuity, NOC/NDC etc.
If BM is not supplying write to Head-HR,then MD,Chairman and later issue legal notice, and approach court of law.

Since you got releving acknowledgment with system genarated with branch head signature, it can be treated as relieving letter.

If you are still facing issues that you are unable to handle entrust the matter to your employee's/bank employee's union leaders or your able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters lawyer.

If you do not get a proper response from the employer about your reliving letter, you may issue a notice seeking the same and also to inform about the status of your F&F settlement details as well.
