If fraud money involved in business ?

if any relater or a real estate company
involved in fraud money case ...
what kind of action court will take on that project.

How do you identify that as Fraud money? As per our Income Tax Dept They are not worried how the money got earned once the person pays the proportionate incometax the money would be legal for him
