In laws harassment reach peak.... need help

in-laws harassment reach peak now. in women cell they behaving rudely and now at their place in punjab they are insulting wife by putting allegations on wife's character... how to deal with this? although counselling sessions is going in women cell. can she lodge a seperate complaint against this cruel harassement?? please advise..

Yes, she can file petition u/s 156(3) CRPC for charges u/s 498A IPC.
