Sir,
While e=filling return through ITR-I is it necessary to upload any document as the proof against the claim of rebate under chapter VIA ?
Please advise .

Your income and TDS should match with Form 16, 16A and 26AS.

Dear Asim Das there is no requirement to upload any document or proof of rebate along with Income Tax Return either e-filling or manual filling of return. Only you have to fill particulars of income and deductions claimed in your ITR and then upload it.

Documentary evidences would be taken care of your auditor at a later stage, you may enter the data of your Income tax particulars alone.
