Dear Sir,
My query is IF a person residing outside of india or outside indian territorial jurisdiction so can he be penalised under Indian Custom Act,1962 ? if yes then please provide me some cases related to this.

Providing citations for a case is quite impractical without having acquaintance
with the brief and it is business of lawyer conducting the case to pick which judgement
lays a ratio for his case.
This is why time and again we repeat we do not provide judgments on demand.

Any one committing crime on your land offending an Act would not stand defended
on the ground that he is not Indian.

Barman sir,
I don't know what is rule or regulations of lawyers club india. and if somebody wants to solve his/her query from experts like you.it does not mean that u asked frm them that he/she is advocate or student....Suppose if he/she is an advocate so what will you guide to them and if he/she is student then what will you guide them ??????........
