Individual summon or group summon

if husband and his father and mother are accused in 498a case. After police submit chargesheet, would one summon be issued to all of them or three seperate summon would be issued to them.

Noone in famiy has not received summon from court.

cognizable, non bailable, so police will arrest you, and produce all of you in court, where Judge may release you on your Aplication for bail.

Seperate summons will be issued to all.

As you all 3 are already on bail and your presence are not required up to the charge-sheet is filed. Now when police has to file its challan, it (police) shall ensure your presence before the court on the day of submission of charge-sheet so notice is to be given by police and not by court and it may be joint or separate for each accused as per facilitation of police authorities.
