I/M THE OWNER OF A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY WHICH IS A SRA PROJECT,
WE WANT TO INSTALL A AIR CONDITION OUTDOOR UNIT ON THE BACK ENTRY OF OUR SHOWROOM WHICH HAVE A COMMON COMPOUND TO ENTRY FOR THE TENANT BUILDING,
MY A/C CAN BE IN INSTALLED AT THE HIEGHT OF 7.5 FEETS FROM GROUND... BUT THE TENANT ARE RAISING THE OBEJECTION FOR THE SAME . ASKING FOR THE REASON THEY DO NOT REPLY.....
THEY SAY WE DONT HAVE A REASON WE HAVE OBJECTION THATS WHAT THEY SAY,
THE A/C DOES NOT HAVE HARM TO ANY ......AND I DONT HAVE ANY OPTION OTHER THAN THAT PLACE TO INSTALL MY A/C.....
PLEASE TELL ME HOW COULD I GO FORWARD TO THAT........

Is it obstruct the tenents to use the way to go their shop? if not tenents cannot obstruct you.

NO IT DOESNT OBSTRUCT ANY BODY ,
DO O FORCE FULLY INSTALL MY A/C

Make an application u/s 144(2) Cr.P.C before the Executive Magistrate, interalia raising apprehension of breach of peace and public tranquilty at the instance of Tenants and thereafter install AC Machine and in case of obstructions take the assistance of local police.
