insurance claim repudiated

dear reader
my insurance claim for theft of tata safari car has been repudiated on the grounds of keys not matching by ICICI lombard

at the time of submitting the calim we gave them two keys out of which one was original and the other was the copy of the same as one key was lost earlier.

how can the calim be protected ,please guide me

file a complaint to consumer forum through an advocate, he will guide you what to do.

The reason cited by the ICICI is not a ground for repudiation of the Policy. Make a complaint before the Consumer Forum.
