Interim maintenance deposit

Hello Sir/Madam

Please let me know that can I deposit interim maintenance amount in respective court anytime or can do that just on hearing/case date.

u can give interim maintenance amount in court on date fixed.

It is always better to handover the interim maintenance amount in person to the petitioner before the court on the dates of hearing.

Thanks Sir. One more query.

Petitioner's Mother comes to take maintenance. Can I object to this and force Petitioner herself to come and take the maintenance.

Please guide.
