In criminal case, property i.e. (F.D.R. in bank)in the name of third party ceased by police from third party which is not linked with case property and deposited with court. How third party can lead evidence defend to prove that the property ceased by police is self acquired and his own property? Can third party intervene to prove the ownership?

It is not necessary lead his evidence to prove that those properties are belongs to him. just he has to produce the documents to show that ceased properties are belongs to him.

I think the word is seized and not ceased as repeatedly used by querist and one of the experts.
If a property of either of the persons unconnected has been seized by the police and has been got deposited with the court then the concerned person has to get the same released from the court either under section 451 or 452 of criminal procedure code as per facts of the matter.
