I am an Advocate Registered in Karnataka Bar Council. I am extremely interested in Practising IPRs. Do I need to qualify Patent Examinations to Practice IPR as an Advocate ?

IPR includes various acts including trademark and patent.
For making general practice in the court of law you need not pass the test of Patent Attorney.

Dear Mr. Rama Rao,
I thought that since you are extramely interested in Practising IPRs, you would have gone through the Patent Act, 1970 and the rules made thereunder, which would have given you answer to your query.
In any case, please go through Section 125 to 132 (especially Section 129) of the Patent Act and Rules 108 to 120 of the Patent Rules, 2003. This will make things very clear to you.
