ANY BODY SUGGEST THAT INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ,P.G DIPLOMA WILL FETCH A GOOD JOB IN THE INDUSTRIAL SEGMENTS ,WHETHER IT AS A DEMAND AS OF TODAY.

It will be an added qualification and would be qualification of preference. For better prospects in industrial sector as personnel manager it is better you do MSW. PG Diploma may not fetch you a good job and it is not a demand today. But any qualification is worth at any point of time in life.
