Is 20rs bond paper is valid for registration in hyderabad?

I have purchased new house in Hyderabad and registration done on 20RS bond paper along with stamp duty and got the sale deed from the sub register.
Can you give some suggestion on the below doubts.
- Is 20Rs bond paper is valid for registration?
- Is there any negative issues in case of any disputes?

If the registration is complete after payment of requisite stamp duty, there is no point of thinking about its validity.

Though it is on Rs. 20 stamp paper, since the same is registered by Sub registrar and you have paid full stamp duty, the document is valid.
