hello sir/madam, one of my colleague's brother name "Hari sai", by birth Hindu recently converted to christianity(unofficial), loved a girl of aged 20 years, and married her in christian customs, that girl follow hindu religion, after the marriage they approched to local police S.I, now the story turned over, that girls father and his followers took the girl from Hari Sai, and beated him frivolously, now he is in hospital, that poor boy still loves her the parents and the boy approached to police no of use, now the question is whether the girl will be called to hi-court, through any legal means? the boy believes that if she come and see him once she again turns back to him. is there any way to call her to court with out the interference of the police, give me best advise call me on this no: 9182871446. machilipatnam, andhra pradesh.

Dear all Thank you So much for all ur response!
the brief facts are as follows,
1 both girs and boy loved each other since 4 years, it was known secret to the villiage.
2. on 20 Aug 2018 they eloped from the villiage
3 married as per christian rituals(they posses the certificate given by fathers of the church)
4 after the marriage they surrendered to local police.
5 on the same day 21/08/2018, S.I sent them back where they marred.
6 S.i GAVE INFORMATION TO GIRL PARENTS, 22/08/2018 PARENTS OF THE GIRL REACHED THE LODGE WHERE THEY RESIDE, TOOK AWAY THEIR DAUGHTER,
7 ON 24 NIGHT EARLY MORNING HOURS IN BETWEEN 1.30 TO 4.00 a.m THEY REACHED THE BOY' S PLACE THEN BEAT HIM SEVIOURLY, THEY THEMSELVE JOINED ALONG WITH THE BOY IN THE LOCAL HOSPITAL BY SAYING THEIRE BIKE DASHED WITH OTHER,
8 NOW THE BOY IS IN HOSPITAL.
HE WANTS TO TAKE HIS WIFE FOR CONJUGAL LIFE.
9 C.I of police says that the girl is not interested to join the boy, but the boy says that if once she comes his presence certainly she will change her decision.
10. is there any way to bring the girl to his presence by high courts interference?
11. i need any expert lawyer to assist us at high Court of Andhra and Telangana.
.here the confusing things are as follows
that boy recently converted into christianity(there is no legal procedures followed by boy in converting to other religion)
2 he got married in christian rituals(he has the certificate given by church, photos and videos are there)
3 now the girl is not with him
4 can we bring her to high court by any legal means?

the police never blame the marriage, they advised the boy not to go to home, donot switch off your phone, innocently he did the same he traced the location in west godhavari other dis rick, where went and took theire daughter,
now the girl is in parents custody boy is hospital he will discharge today,
is there any way to call the girl to court?

The boy may file writ of Habeas Corpus in the High Court to produce the girl who had been taken from his custody forcibly by the Parents and detained her in wrongful confinement. Hope the girl is major at the time of marriage. He should contend in the petition that they were both major and legally married and that when they were together the Parents of the girl beat him and forcibly took her away and confined her illegally and not allowing her to join him,. He may engage suitable Lawyer at Hyderabad. In case he is not financially sound to engage the services of senior lawyer, he may approach the Legal services Aid Authority at the High Court for help.
