Is treatment is taxable in private hospital

Dear Sir,

Can we get tax exemption on reimbusement for the Medical treatment (list provided for Specified Diseases given in rule 3A Section 17(2) of the I.T) in a hospital which is not approved by the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax?

No. Not eligible for tax exemption as the hospital is not recognized by the Chief Commissioner of I.T.
