is widower entitled for family pension of deceased wife after re-marriage, both husband and wife are in govt. job, after the death of wife the husband remarriage, is the husband is entitled for family pension (from deceased wife's)?

No doubt about it.

Must surrender if already getting pension.

If any child is entitled he/she may get it not thehusband.

Although the husband is not entitled to the pension after remarriage, dependent children of the deceased may apply for the family pension.
