Hi,I am a law graduate with 67%.i wish to appear for JMFC exam. i want to know the exam dates, its syllabus and process. does they consider a candidate not doing practice and appearing for the exam? Kindly ans my queries as soon as possible. thank you !!!

practise as lawyer for some time . gain some practical experience then think of sitting for exams .

As you have first class in your LL.B exam, you can appear for the JMFC directly, however, it is really advisable to gain some practical knowledge and experience before sitting on the dias... It will be good for you and also it will be in the interest of the lawyers and litigants who wud appear before you ! :-)

You can gather the desired information on the google, however, practical experience can be got from the courts only.
