The question arises, who is Seema, the author of the question, Seema, or the Judge of the Case, named Seema?
Also, Secretary of which department/ organisation and who are the other three respondents?
Further, the most important thing is, how you are concerned with the case of Mr Iqbal ishrat and for what purpose you want to use or apply?
Nothing is clear about your own problem and the background of the case.

My self seema ,the case is about my husband's job that was dismissed earlier due to some unsocialized peoples .during the case because of them (some of the cheaters in that factory)it got closed,each and every colleague has got their allowances such as pf ,pension etc except my husband.

the high court has disposed the case which is in line with the dismissal of the case stating that no useful purpose will be served since the Mill is closed. How do you think that any useful purpose will be derived by filing an appeal against it.

Because each and every colleague of my husband has got their pf ,pension etc as that mill is restarted .
