Judgement reserved

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
respected experts,
a high court bench reserved the judgement in a case of service matters by october 2011. what would be the time factor to pronounce the judgement? is there any legal provisions to plead for pronouncing judgement quickly as a number of Govt. servants face superannuation during Feb.2012.

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 16 January 2012
There is no time prescribed for giving reserved order.
Since it is quite a while after which the high court was supposed to pass the order, your advocate can Mention the matter to the high court about the pending of the order.
It is nothing but an effort to remind the court about the order to be passed.
