Judgment and exact order

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 21 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
In a civil matter court has given judgment on first week of this month. but yet order has not come.It will come after Diwali vacation.
Both parties were present at the time of oral judgement. that judgment have contains some portion that will come into play in Diwali vacation(in more simple way it is custody matter for minors and judgment saying that custody of minors in vacation should be transferred temporarily to opposition party from applicant) .
So legally it from when order should be followed as though oral judgment we have but not exact order or wording in exactly which way do that. Please guide on this

if judgement has been pronounced in open court apply for ordinary copy of order . waiting for certifed copy of order may take time .

write to advocate of defendant pointing out ttht as per oral orders pronounced in court custody of minor has been vested in you during the vacation .

if such an order has been pronounced in open court advocate for defendant will not stand on technicailties nad comly with the order

If that oral verdict are in your favour, you reduce them in writing and pass purshis that such an order was given by the hon.court, show it to other side and let him agree and then you can proceed to get custody of minor. If it is against you keep silence and when the other party comes to you for taking custody, ask him to give you receipt of the child in presence of two witness signing and also write that minor is in healthy condition. or in presence of two witnesses, minor be asked whether he/she wants to go,if not then reduce in writing and get his and witnesses signature and do not handover minor.
