judicial activism has vider scope in our state. judiciary plays a vital role in day to day todays life, our judeges know the principle of self restrained.

There are both sides of judicial activism. On the one hand its record is remarkable in various matters but on the other hand, it has taken the power of other organs of the democracy and thus a stage of tussle has arisen. Corruption in judiciary and no separate law to deal with such menace is another aspect of the discussion. Despite of various diseases prevalent in judiciary, we can by and large can conclude that judicial activism is not a danger to the fabric of the federal state of India and overall it is in the interest of common-man.
