(Querist) 20 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I came to know that the suit filed is not in the pecuniary jurisdiction of junior court,pl tell-

1- will the suit be rejected.

2- should fresh suit need to be filed or
will the suit be transfereed to senior sourt.

you have to apropriate court for filing, newly you should file.

if suit is not presented within pecuninary jurisdiction of the court the suit wont be numbered . you have to file it in court having pecuninary jurisdiction

Such case can be got returned by defebdant by moving an application under order 7 Rule 11 of CPC or on the application of the plaintiff, can be got transferred to appropriate court.

It would be returned by the court in which it has been filed with direction that same be filed in the court having jurisdiction to try it with an order fixing date of appearance of parties before that court.
