Jurisdiction for filing of complaint u/s 138 NI Act

Dear All,

Kindly update us, we are going to file a complaint u/s 138 NI Act at saket court but my friends stated complaint cant accepted at filing counter, if disputed cheque belongs out of Delhi.
They are not admitting complaint in compliance of order passed by Justice Dhingra, DB, Delhi High Court but i dont know title. any one can provide party mname please or update on this issue.

Where the cheque is bounced that court has got jurisdiction. Either you can file the complaint at Delhi or at your city.
I think you sent the cheque for collection thru., your bank from your city. Then your city court has gout jurisdiction.

where the cause of action arise you can file the case
however it may be yr city or yr bank's city or yr opposit's bank city,or where the transiction done!
