bank served summons from other state whereas i took the loan from delhi branch and also signed the agreement in delhi.Can the case be transfered to delhi. Actually bank able to get bail warrant. I m on bail but the date of hearing has beebn in july.can the matter be shifted to delhi?

instead of transferring the case to delhi, you challenge the jurisdiction, because agreement is executed in delhi and loan is sanctioned by delhi branch.

Yes the supreme court has rules that the cases may be quashed on the point of jurisdiction. If not, then at least the case would be transferred.
