Respected sir,
please help me
me and my girlfriend loved eachother from last 10 months,we both met in online,she proposed me, i also accepted,but in middle she said to me she is divorced her case is in court for divorce, at that time i said, after court case is solved we can marry like that, but in mean while she said she will keep case on me,i asked for wat you will put case one,she said harssing,then i said ok your wish i have proofs of gmail and facebook chats to prove myself,then she recorded my phone calls my messages and she filed a case me like harreshing,now my case is in court,she hacked my gmail and facebook they deleted my accounts, but i retrived back my accounts i have proofs when they deleted my account and all,but i didnt have who deleted my accounts, now i have chat details,she proposed i chat .
pls help what i have to do now

you have to contact lawyer defend case that there is no harassment . she had proposed to you and you graciously accepted but on account of her divorce case you could marry

In any case court will accept the gmail chat has proof,which we both chatted in gmail as proof.
this is my last query pls help me its an urgent

you can prove the mail accounts and chat.
how to prove it is a technical aspect !!
do consult a your lawyer.

Respected sir
my friend cheated by her girlfriend(lover),
she filed a case on him like he is harressing her and his brother,
my friend is lover of her,by her his brother become friend to my friend,
he came bangalore we suggested and he got job,
but they kept a case like he is friend of mybrother and he harressing her also, but in middle of case myfriend attempted sucide,
he written sucide note, in that sucide note he said she is lover of him,she asked him to see job for her brother so i brought him to bangalore
and he stayed with him in his room,he got the job and he went out,myfriend saying he have an gmail chat from last one year about their love chat,
in that chat she asked to pay policy otherwise i will kill you,
and she proposed him,she said their parents are hareesing,
she said we will marry in 8 mnths like that chat is there.
what we can do now
actually they kept the wrong case.her brother is not friend to him
by her only he know him.
pls suggest me,
