Kingfisher not giving refunds. how to collect from him?

Sir,
Kingfisher is not giving refunds. It's not me alone , there r many peoples who r not yet being paid. can i know how i will get legelly through consumer court. i also went to their offices at andheri but the result is same . They r only telling that we will not eat your money. Refund amt is only 3850 . but if there are 10000 people like me then how much the value of money is kingfisher . Now as per yesterday Hindustan times news paper, vijay malya donated 80 lakh to temple.
is it fair enough to donate in temple with holding public money. i am attaching the mail received from kingfisher to me.
They in normal course does not replying the mails. When i went their office with my laptop and told them to send me mail then they has replied and i cross checked that mail agaist their presense. Now sir they r only telling give us few days then we will revert back. But they has not reverted yet.
Can i claim loss of my money in consumer court in the proceedings with refund amt. payable by kingfisher.

first issue a legal notice to them to refund ur money.

move consumer forum for your refund .

First check whether the matter is refereed to BIFR or not.
If so then the consumer Forum may not intervene and in that case you have to apply for addition of party in liquidation proceeding.
Another option is filing Winding Up proceeding in the high court.

The Kingfisher has already gone to BIFR and moreover a restructuring protamme has already been undertaken wherein a Suadi Company has taken over about 49% shares of this company so better to make a complaint in writing with evidence to BIFR.
