Dear Sir,
Our grandfather has given land for cultivation 40 Yrs back on the 7/12 extract it is written that the owner (my father's name) is a minor till he becomes mature the land can't be sell
After my father's death the 7/12 extract captured our name(me,brother & mother)
I've paid the agriculture tax too (shet sara)
Now we have received letter from Tahasildar saying the tenant has applied through 32 G
pl guide what way we can get back/retain our own land.

You shall have to contact to the local lawyer with the latest copy of 7/12 extract which shall establish the nature of the tenancy. On the basis of that advice, you need to defend your case before Tehsildar.

You have repeated same query without adding even a single new fact. I want to know what is written in the column of cultivation in 7/12 extracts. The tenancy is of many types. Which type of tenancy is prevailing in your case? If you know, do post here and if you are unable to understand and post here then take help of local lawyer and defend the case filed against you. Adopted child has similar rights as of the natural.
