I am from Hyderabad. My father's brother had purchased a land of 1 acre through Registered GPA from pattadhar. Later this land was transfered to my father through simple sale deed in 1990 on a stamp paper which is now impounded. From the said land 500 sq yrds has been transfered on my name.
In the year 1995, pattadhar's brother had filed a suite claiming half of the share in the said 1 acre land. It has been declared as half share to pattadhar's brother in the year 2012.
My plea is to clarify if I can get an injunction order owing to the fact that the pattadhar's name was in khasra from 1954-55 till 1968 and has included also the name of pattadhar's brother from 1968 to 1972. From 1972 till date pattadhar's son is in the record. Kindly give me your valuable suggestions in this case.

Many local laws has to be tested in the context of your query:
Did pattedar had a right of transfer on relevant date?
Document impounded!means sufficient duty unpaid and then it might be unregistered too?
How you got it transferred in your name?
CONCLUSION: same as advised by Mr.NANDA but with proper guidance.
