Land patta petition/application to transfer

Dear Sirs,
To whom, we have to submite the applicable for patta transfer in taluk office? We were using one poramboke land thru B-memo recepit since 1998. But somebody arranged patta on their own name(one govt.teacher) without our knowledge in 1999. We tried to cancell the patta giving petition to tahsildar, RDO and collector. Finally its reached to cancell stage. But still the ZDT is delaying the cancellation. Now,how can i move further? If the existing patta cancelled,how can i apply to get new patta in our name? to whom we have to apply? what are the documents need to be attached with application? please help me by replying thru this forum.

Dear Shanmuganathan,
You are required to approach the concerned VAO. List of required documents for the same could be found in the office notice board. Documents pertain to prove title.

P.S. But you need to wait until aforementioned process by ZDT is complete. To speed up the process, use RTI (and file a Writ , if necessary).
