I want to purchase a land whose lady owner is not alive,But She has only 2 son (Alive) & one daughter (not alive ).BothOf Son want to register the land in my name without the consent of their childeren(All are major)Is it valid or not?What are the right of grand child when own sons are alive & register a plot by self.

The transaction is not absolutely legal, it may be open to challenge.

How can a deceased remain owner/ titleholder of the land intended to be purchased, which must get succeeded by her LRs? Recheck though a local lawyer.

Deceased have 2 alive son who want to sell the property.I want to know whether the cosent or signs on deed paper of son of 2 alive son of deceased son is essential or without the sign of grandsons of deceased,sell deed can be excuted because grand son are out of station &unable to come.
