i have query that if person purchase his own flat. and and he has two sons but he want to give that flat to his one son. can he give it to one son via his last will.
if yes then what he has to mention in his last will

he can bequeath flat to one son only . mention reasons why he dosent want to give any share to other son

becoz only one son is looking after him and he is sure that till his life he will take care of him. secondly he spend lot of money for the son whom he dont want to give share

ok . get will drafted by a local lawyer . mention said reasons .

what kind of will he should prepare to avoid future problems so that no one can challenge his will

The will may not be brought in the notice of sons. Get the will registered.
