A has tenancy rights over some lands according to AP tenancy acts and he is fighting for his rights at various courts in the mean time he passed away leaving behind his sons and daughters as legal heirs. recently daughters came to know that their brothers misreprasented them selves and falsely given a AFFIDAVIT before MRO that they are relenquishing their right over the property now how will daughters approach for their rightful share.

the proceedings appears to be on false represeation , if it is so , the Proceedings as well as the rights of the Daughters to be declared, in a suit for dclaration .

The daughter should get legal heirs certificate from the MRO.Make a written complaint before MRO.If the MRO failed to set a side the matter. A civil suit can be filed.

First of all a criminal FIR be lodged against their brother for forgery, as the Affidavit may have been executed by him, and not by the sisters.
Thereafter, an objection may be filed alongwith a complaint before the MRO , as suggested by Mr. Khaleel Ahmad.
Then a suit for declaration may be filed before the Civil Court.
