If i complete law degree in Andhrapradesh, can i practice and register in Bangalore Bar council and attend courts in Bnagalore & Karnataka

Yes, you can get yourself enrolled at Karnataka.

There is no bar which restricts you from practicing as a lawyer at Bangalore.

If you are meeting the requirements you can enrol yourself in Karnataka Bar council too and can practice in Karnataka also.
