We want to transfer or stay of our case.(D.V Case). Kindly guide us what type of documents required for transferring or stay.
Kindly also help us for searching a good lawyer in Allahabad who can do this work.

For transfer of a case no special document is needed. Only the grounds is to make out behind the reason for transfer.

Ashok Mehta is a good lawyer of Allahabad but he practices in High Court.
The production of document depends upon the ground to be proved. You have not mentioned the reason for seeking transfer of your case so no comment can be passed, however, believe upon your lawyer who shall produce appropriate documents while moving such petition.

Thank you sir,
Opp.party try to stop to attend the court and also theatening resulting v have send letters to govt.authorities .
Due to this reason v want to transfer case of 125 & DV out of aligarh. So we required the address / phone no.of Allahabad high lawyer, so that we can contact to him accordingly.
