lease agreement

I am planning to give my building for a lease to state bank of india.I want to know the percent and period that can be agreed for the increment of rent.

In case you have to lease it to a bank generally you don't have the option to bargain, you will have to settle to their terms. Generally the initial period is 5 years which will be extended/renewed after the expiry of the term. The rent increment is usually 2o% for every 2 yrs.

The rent,period & increments may be contractual subject to local local Tenancy Laws.
