Leave of one year during probation

i have completed my MSc nursing 1st year and got an appointment from central government to work as staff nurse. i have joined and working as staff nurse. now is wish to complete my second year Msc too for which i need 1year leave.how can i avail it during probation period of 2 years. please guide

Yes. You can take EOL. Please see rule 32 of central civil services leave rules.

If the Service Rules governing your service has provision for the same you can avail EOL. Since you have not spelt out your exact Department/employer, mere mention of central Government appointment may not help as different services have different service rules. Therefore, you may state the service rules applicable to you .
