Left employee bonus eligible

Dear Sir,
This is baskar from kanchipuram, i resigned my job next month 6th, now my basic + DA = 10700/- company told not eligible to get bonus. That is correct or not? please give your feedback.

In complete query if you have worked for more than one year you may be eligible for bonus

You are not eligible as per Payment of Bonus Act………………..

However if employer has made you eligible as per negotiated service conditions, etc and has mentioned it in your CTC then you may succeed in your claim.
