I would like to seek legal opinion from esteem expert in practical way regarding the incident happened yesterday. Recently i have been transferred to Delhi(Govt. servant) so after getting LPG Transfer voucher from previous place of posting, i went to concerned area Gas Agency when the dealing assistant could not answer about the formalities so i went to Agenecy manager where three person were sitting when i asked about the same to manager he didn't listen while the person(Old age) who was sitting next to him started shouting at me you don't have the manner from whose permission you have entered the premises. i was stunned at his behavior again while tried to explain the case without listening me said no new connection is being provided by the Agency. After seeing this type of attitude a heat exchange of argument went off the elder person claimed that he the proprieter of the agency you get out from this place while surrounded by agenecy staff even he used abusive word. By all this i felt mently upset/humiliated about all this. May expert advise me accordingly proper action or legal.

complain to the company against arrogant attitude of the proprietor of agency . mention the name of proprietor , time of incident and abusive language used by the proprietor

of said agency.
