Sir, pls guide me as going through trauma as the date is getting postponed of the opposite lawyer being away. We are done with mediation process and signed the divorce in front of mediator with few agreements.Just wanted to know how it goes ahead after this and what is the next process. We came to final understanding in mediation of monthly 5k for 10 yr as I not so rich like her. That to it is for my daughter. She is working in a good position.This case is running since 1yr. And finally came to understanding after the agreement of the above amount and as well jewelry. Pls tell me what is next step.Pls guide and help me.

If both of you agree on this count then you have to file petition for mutual divorce in the court which o expiry of six month will pass final order on the terms mentioned in the petition.
So file such petition asap.
