I have got the decree of restitution of conjugal rights against my wife in session court.
my Query : After how many day i can go for EXCECUTION OF THIS DECREE.

On the expiry of the appeal period you can file the EP.

Appeal period is 30 days, but it is non executable order.

Such decree cannot be got executed as there is no force of law behind such decree, however, if the conjugal rights are not established eve after the expiry of one year of passing os the mentioned decree, then either of the parties may apply for divorce and the divorce shall definitely be granted at that time.

The decree can also executed by attachment of property and the same is to be filed after passing 30 days from the date of decree.
