It is better to take the help of the elders of the society.

Problem is social more than the legal. The parents of Boy may stay near to their son in separate house provided the wife does not object in payment of their maintenance.
What is meant by "girl can not bear them due to their criminal thinking." What type of criminal thinking.
In such complected situation amicable solution would be best.
