Legal Status of Tenant Childern after the death of tenant

Sir ,

Can anyone advise what shall be the legal status of Children of tenant after the death of tenant in case of a Commercial Tenancy .

Is the land lord bound to transfer the rent recipt in the name of tenant's children or he can refuse to continue the tenantcy further .

Tenancy is transferable in inheritance so landlord shall have to admit the legal heirs of the deceased tenant as his tenants and accordingly rent receipt has to be issued by him.

Since the children are under / part of tenancy, the same can be continued at the interest of the landlord

But if the tenacy agreement specify that the premises shall be used by the tenant only , in that Case ?
